Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and use of chauffeur services provided by ARQAA. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or other written communication.
  • Accurate details (pickup address, drop-off location, passenger names, luggage requirements, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes provided are based on information received and may vary with changes in route, waiting time, or other adjustments.
  • Full payment must be made in advance or per agreed terms.
  • ARQAA reserves the right to apply additional charges for delays, unscheduled stops, waiting time, or damage caused by passengers.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • ARQAA has a no refund policy.


4. Conduct & Safety

  • ARQAA chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to safety.
  • Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times.
  • Smoking, use of illegal substances, or consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is prohibited unless agreed upon in advance.


5. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Reasonable luggage allowances apply based on vehicle type. Please inform us of any special requirements in advance.
  • ARQAA is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.


6. Delays & Liability

  • While every effort is made to arrive on time, ARQAA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • ARQAA is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other travel connections due to circumstances outside our control.


7. Force Majeure

ARQAA shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of [United Kingdom] and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
